تتشرف هيئة تحرير مجلة جامعة الاستقلال للأبحاث الصادرة عن جامعة الاستقلال، بدعوة الباحثين من داخل فلسطين وخارجها، لتقديم أبحاثهم ودراساتهم للنشر في مجلد 10 (عدد خاص)، على أن تكون ضمن التخصصات الآتية:

  • العلوم الأمنية
  • العلوم الشرطية
  • العلوم العسكرية
  • العدالة الجنائية وعلم الجريمة
  • أي تخصصات أخرى لها علاقة بالعلوم الأمنية
