Abstract

 

Abstract

    The Caricature artists used different techniques in their drawing pictures like colors, lines, symbols, and the language of caricature pictures comments. So its conjured religious, nationalism, poetic words, and popular proverbs.

    The importance of this study is to stop on the comment language that used on the caricature image and to be familiarized with its symbols, forms, and colors. To monitor the cultural references, nationalism, poetic, historical, techniques.

    The goal of this study is to search for the relationship between the linguistic texts that contribute to find semantic genes that mixing with the vision of the caricature image, so this relation between the texts based to absorb idea of  everything that help the drawer image. 

    The caricature art contains many different cultural, and knowledge matters in the artist image that show an integrated painting contains criticism and humor.

    It summarized in its folds what thousands of words and articles cannot explain its goals, because it reveals the smallest details. And expresses the opinion of the masses.

   Its importance (caricature art) due to the fact that it is a visual art,  that contains expressive scenes, and pictorical language, so it aims to enlighten public opinion and stop forgetting.

    The text depicted in the caricatures depends on the viewing.

    The picture was able to contain a lot of connotations in its language. For the caricature image.    

  The caricature image collect the language and non- language to communicate a specific idea.

    The researcher chose the semiotic approach, and it is more suitable than others , because it requires studying the language of the caricature image, and liking it it with its visual space.
