Abstract

The research aimed to identify the extent to which professional football clubs apply the philosophy of modern sports training in Palastine from the point of view of the technical staff. The research community consisted of the technical staff of football clubs for professional and partial professionalism in Palastine, which are (64) technical director, assistant director and administrative team. The researcher used the descriptive analysis in the survey due to its suitability for research purposes. The sample was chosen intentionally. The researcher built a questionnaire as a research tool. It included (24) items distributed on three areas: the field of modern planning in sports training, the field of capabilities, equipment and tools, the field of technological development and modern technologies. The validity of the study tool was verified and proven by the appropriate educational and statistical methods. The researcher used the appropriate statistical treatments using the SPSS program.

The results of the research showed that professional football clubs in Palastine have a modern training philosophy at an average rate. Furthermore, the application of the modern training philosophy to professional clubs in the field of modern planning came from the viewpoint of the personal capacity of the technical staff is weak, and an average rate in the areas of capabilities, devices, technological development and modern technologies. There are no differences due to the variables of years of experience and the club’s degree for the technical staff in applying the modern training philosophy for professional football clubs in Palastine. In light of these results, the researcher recommended the need for good work on building the modern planning field for all levels in relation to professional clubs in Palastine  encouraging the qualitative use of material capabilities more than it is now. In addition to, the need for moral and material linkage between the administrative and technical apparatus and the team as a whole, and the need to build a strategic plan For the administrative and training process.
