Abstract

There are many fields of resistance for the Palestinians against the Israeli occupation that has been occupying their land for decades. The most imperative of these fields is the issue of prisoners, the martyrs of the cemeteries of numbers, and the occupation's refrigerators. The Palestinians and their leadership have harnessed everything they can to support the steadfastness of these prisoners, in all its institutions, the most important of which is the Sharia Judiciary and the media.

It may not be possible to prove the death of the martyrs of the prisoners' movement, and the martyrs of field executions, especially when the Israeli occupation detains the corpse of a prisoner, the perpetrators of operations, or the martyrs of field executions without any evidence of their life, death, or the circumstances of their death. In turn, this has many negative effects on the lives of their families and loved ones. This study shows the efforts of the Palestinian Sharia judiciary, and the Palestinian media, in proving and announcing the death of these prisoners, and putting pressure on the responsible authorities to work to end these problems and develop clear solutions to them.
