Abstract

This research deals with the subject of the imperative purposes that Islamic jurisprudence has taken into account in the material effects of the marriage contract. With an indication of the extent of the interest of Islamic jurisprudence in the marriage contract and its observance of the necessary purposes in the material consequences of it.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that Islamic jurisprudence provided a comprehensive care for distinguishing between marriage and other unacceptable forms.
