Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the prevailing social relations between Students at College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and their Teachers at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie, as well as to identify differences in the level of relationships according to variables (gender, specialization, place of living). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to ascertain the relevance of the studys objectives. Concretizing this, the study was conducted on a random sample of (213) male and female students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data to reach the results. The researcher also used the statistical package program (SPSS). The results of the study found out that there was a significant relationship in the prevailing social relations between students and their teachers. The results also showed that there were significant differences attributed to the gender variable, in favor of males. They also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of specialization and place of living. The researcher importantly recommends the need to strengthen social and cultural programs and events within the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, with the aim of enhancing interaction and building positive social relations between students and their teachers. Organizing workshops, training courses and awareness seminars for faculty members on the importance of effective communication and building the right social relationships in achieving academic and personal success.
