To achieve this, the descriptive-analytical approach was used by selecting a sample of (138) employees. The study revealed that the level of job flexibility and quality of work life for employees were generally moderate. It also showed a strong positive impact of job flexibility on the quality of work life for employees during the salary crisis. The study also demonstrated a significant effect of the variables of gender and income level, while there was no strong statistical effect of years of experience. The differences were in favor of males and employees with higher income levels, who had higher levels of job flexibility and quality of work life. This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies by relying on the qualitative methodology by using a non-probability sample via a case study. The number of the individuals of the sample of the study amounted to (12) researched persons.</p> <p>The researcher depended on an interview guide which was prepared by him. This was done through analyzing the tools and models adopted for performance evaluation and identifying challenges impacting the achievement of these systems' objectives. The researchers employed a descriptive analytical methodology to examine the evaluation models used in government universities, which focus on four main areas: teaching performance, research performance, institutional service, and community service. The study's findings highlighted several weaknesses in the current models, including an over-reliance on quantitative assessments at the expense of qualitative evaluation, a lack of transparency and detail in the evaluation process, insufficient consideration of disciplinary differences among faculty members, and inadequate focus on innovation and community engagement. The researchers offered several recommendations to improve the evaluation systems, such as redistributing weightings to cover all aspects of performance more equitably, enhancing qualitative assessment through detailed and continuous feedback, incorporating multi-source evaluations that include peer and student input, and simplifying grievance procedures to increase their effectiveness. The Grangeiro, et al., (2022) (QBP) Scale was applied.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong></p> <p>The study revealed that the prevalence of (QBS) among female administrators is high, and that there are differences in the level of prevalence of Queen Bee Syndrome according to age, where the age above 50 years is the least age showing (QBS), and the presence of differences attributed to academic qualification, in favor of bachelor's degree holders who showed possession of &nbsp;(QBS) than those with advanced degrees. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a purposive sample of (186) male and female students at Khadouri University during the first semester (2024-2025 AD), and to process the data and reach the results, the statistical program (SPSS) was used. The results showed that sports confidence during physical and sports activities among students majoring in physical education was significant, and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in sports confidence during physical and sports activities among students majoring in physical education attributed to the variables (gender, academic stage). In order to achieve these goals; The study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher designed an interview instrument. Interviews were conducted with a number of (10) academics in Palestinian universities. One of the most important results reached is that there are many challenges facing human resources management in universities The Palestinian Authority was represented by challenges (administrative, political, economic, technological), and with regard to administrative challenges, they were summarized in the stagnation of organizational structures, weak strategic planning, the absence of specialized human resources departments in Palestinian universities, weakness in bureaucratic incentive systems, a lack of training and development programs, and the absence of cards. The job description for many jobs, with regard to the economic challenges, was represented by weakness and lack of funding Then there are political obstacles due to the tense and unstable conditions in the region. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study was conducted on a simple stratified random sample consisting of (81) male and female students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie, representing (23.82%) of the research community. To collect data, the researcher used the appearance anxiety measurement tool designed by (Veale, et al, 2014) and consisting of ten phrases. The results of the study showed that the total degree of appearance anxiety among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences "Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie as a model" was low with an arithmetic mean of (2.09± 0.77), that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) in appearance anxiety among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences "Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie as a model" attributed to the gender variable between the average male students and the average female students in favor of female students. The descriptive approach was used to reveal the reality of the practices of academic department heads at the university regarding the dimensions of digital leadership. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of 107 members, using a comprehensive survey method for the study population, which consists of 142 members. The research results showed that the degree of practice of academic department heads in digital leadership dimensions was "high," with an arithmetic mean of (3.70). The study revealed that the dimension of "Future Leadership" ranked first with a mean of (3.72), followed by the dimension of "Digital Age Learning Culture" in second place with a mean of (3.75). Meanwhile, "Systematic Development and Improvement" ranked third with a mean of (2.68), followed by "Digital Citizenship" in fourth place with a mean of (2.67). Lastly, "Technology-Driven Professional Development" ranked fifth, showing a "weak" level of practice with an arithmetic mean of (2.5). The research results also revealed the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) based on the administrative position variable in favor of the category of those holding a position. However, no statistically significant differences were found at the significance level (0.01) based on gender and years of experience. One of the main recommendations of the study was the need for growth and systematic improvement in digital leadership methodologies, as well as the importance of digital citizenship and technology-driven professional development for academic department heads.
